Mr Green is a site that makes all the other gaming sites green with envy. This is because of the quality and quantity of games and content they have going on. Getting on to their homepage, you can immediately tell Mr Green is a high polished outfit with slick visuals and promotions everywhere to be seen. All of these gaming areas are very smooth and show that Mr Green really know what they are doing.

So, there’s a large Help Center where you’ll be greeted with a comprehensive FAQ alongside useful Links to help you when you need quick answers. It does appear that despite Mr Green being a big player with their professional site, they only seem to offer Live Chat onsite or their Twitter customer support channel. In other words, there is no email support to be found.

Scroll to the bottom of the Help Centre and you’ll see the Green Gaming link, this is where you can set your limits and rules for complete control over your casino gaming time. However, this is where I discovered a blotch on Mr Green’s otherwise perfect record so far in this review.

The link takes you to greengaming.com, but upon arrival to the site the page constantly attempts to load up but fails and seems to want to refresh all the time. To put it simply, it’s completely broken & unusable as nothing loads properly, hopefully this is just a temporary issue.

Fortunately, their FAQ section does cover some information about the controls and limits that Mr Green offer. This includes deposit limits as well as taking a break of 24 hours or up to 30 days. These are easy to set in your account settings.

Making a deposit of at least £10 is very straightforward via Mr Green, he accepts all the usual methods like debit or credit cards in several different currencies (NB – credit card option not available for UK players).
